Our Brand Story

Dot Trade's story begins with a man whose passion for technology and dedication to service transformed an industry. Pradeep Kumar KC, affectionately known as Deep Dai, started his journey as a chip-level technician. In 2004, he founded Deep Digital Pvt. Ltd. in Putalisadak, Kathmandu, serving the retail and service sectors of electronics sales and maintenance. Over the next decade, Deep Dai expanded his reach, establishing sister companies in major locations like Galkopakha, Lazimpat, Putalisadak, Newroad, and Kapan. His tireless work in service and maintenance laid the groundwork for a significant shift.

After ten years, Deep Dai ventured into the wholesale supply industry, traveling across Nepal to understand the needs of vendors and the vibrant, energetic youth running physical stores. His efforts in promoting leading brands and supplying products throughout Nepal built a foundation of trust. His customers, seeing him as an elder brother figure, began calling him "Deep Dai." This term of endearment not only reflected the trust and respect he earned but also cemented his identity in the industry.

Deep Dai's impact extended far beyond business, he inspired countless youths across the country, making him one of the most beloved figures in the industry. This inspiration was not lost on his own family. His son, Sanjeeb KC, driven by the same passion and equipped with knowledge in computer science and technology, joined the business. Today, Sanjeeb operates as the CEO of Dot Trade, leading a dynamic team of young, energetic professionals under the guidance of Deep Dai. Together, they are at the forefront of introducing the latest technology and software solutions for vendors, pioneering a new era in Nepal's business industry.
